  2. Mary R. Anderson (mranderson{at}ut.edu) is a professor of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Tampa. She researches topics related to gender, political psychology, and public policy.
  3. Victor Brobbey (vbrobbey{at}gimpa.edu.gh) lectures at The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and heads the Law Department of Lancaster University Ghana. He teaches Administrative Law, Private International Law, and Constitutional Law.
  4. William M. Myers (wmyers{at}ut.edu) is an associate professor Political Science and International Studies at the University of Tampa. His research specializes in judicial politics, intergovernmental relations, and political behavior.
